NEW CHARACTERS II

Here are more characters designs for Eric Sellers. They are the same from the last entry, but wearing different costumes. I also wanted to add some more to the pictures, so the background tells a little bit about the characters, like the "Who´s Who" entries DC has published in the late 80´s.

TITANIC TEAM

This was a commission to Marcus Mebes that I did long time ago. The Titans included in the picture are: Raven on top, Wonder Girl, Superboy, Kole, Lilith, Beast Boy at the center, Argent, Risck, Jericho, Duela Dent and Ryand´r.

Marcus did the colors, and he also added Miss Martian and Kid Devil to the picture.

Another collaboration with the Oz world, this time with writer Kass Stone in a story called "JENNY EVERYWHERE IN OZ"

I only did three pin ups for this book, but the last one, even if was the more detailed and complicated to do, was the one I most enjoy doing, I just couldn´t stop drawing Glinda variants, it was like a vice.

DONNA TROY - KINGDOM COME

This is a future and alternative version of Donna Troy, as we saw in KINGDOM COME, a four-issue comic book mini-serie published in 1996 by DC Comics. It was written by Alex Ross and Mark Waid, and painted in gouache by Ross

Excellent writing and art, by the way.

The next picture is based on the characters from the comic TITANS, SCISSORS, PAPER, STONE, as part of the Elseworld line from DC Comics.

Even if the comic has the title Titans, it has nothing in common with the traditional Teen Titans, besides the name. 


Anyway, Marcus asked me to draw this character in George Pérez style, so why not?.


The hard part was try to determinated the character´s costumes, because the original comic was drawn in Manga style and sometimes there was not a clear picture to take references.
