STATIC....SHOCK!

Static was an original character from Milestone Comics, but some years ago he was integrated to the DC Universe after the events of Final Crisis. Virgil Ovid Hawkins, aka Static, joined the Teen Titans before the reboot (NUDC), and apparently he will join the team again.
