TITANS OF JUSTICE

From the fanfic HALL OF JUSTICE, here came the new generation of Titans. The TITANS TASK FORCE has continued to grow, and the sons and daughters of the greatest heroes of DC UNIVERSE have come to the scene as the TITANS OF JUSTICE.

The fan-fic is based on members of the Hall turned into legacies of their favorite DC character(s)

The setting is approximately 20 - 25 years into the future of the current DC Universe

 

And let´s start with Black Vulcan aka Celeste Pierce. She is the daughter of Black Lightning. She can omit electricity, absorb electricity, fly, turn into electrical energy, and create clouds of static energy. She is a member of the Titans of Justice Reserves.
