You can find Hawkman in PART I (http://alexgarciaart.blogspot.com.es/2018/02/the-justice-society-of-america.html) This is a serie I´ve been doing for a client, in part II and III he wanted to add some members of the old JSA, like Jhonny Quick, Robin, Miss America and Hawkwoman, also with the members pre-New 52. This is why there are two Hawk-Girls (or Women)
The reasoning for the commission art seems to include only members who were members after Crisis like Miss America who was made a member of the golden age justice society only after crisis. Based on Hawkgirl 66, the spirit of Shiera Sanders did leave the body of Kendra Saunders so that explains why there are 2 Hawkgirls.
Not sure why there is no hawkman but there are 2 hawkgirls.
